Magnolia Down Under Challenge #44

This week, the new challenge at Magnolia Down Under Challenges is this lovely sketch made by Kellie herself - so clever.  I enjoyed this one, though some lines made it a little tricky and I 'un-did' my card a few times before I thought it was ok.  Here's the sketch:

And here's my card:
I picked out some of these pretty Magnolia papers to work with and also some Baja Breeze by Stampin'Up.  I've coloured Tilda with News in Copic markers.
Then I've used my oval cutters to create the two oval shapes.
My embellishment is a ruffled flower made with doilies and green tissue paper, finished off with a button to the centre.  I've added some more buttons along the way................. buttons ARE one of my favourites.
The I've finished off the card with a 'happy birthday' sentiment.
Here's a closer look at the details:
I hope you will join us for this challenge; I can't wait to see what everyone will create this week.  There are always so many fabulous entries for these Magnolia Challenges.
Thanks for poping by and have a beautiful day.
