The Studio Challenges - this is love

Hello to you all - it's school holidays over this way now - YAY for that ☺  I love the relaxed feel of having not as many routines and the chance to sleep-in - especially with this cool Winter weather we are having.
Today I'm sharing the new challenge at The Studio Challenges - this challenge is all about TWINE.  So easy and fun ☺
Here's my DT page:
I've used twine for my title, in the background behind my photo's and also around the mason jar.  Twine is so versatile and I will generally have some twine on my pages ☺  Here are some close-up's:

Black & White twine for my title - I love how this has come out ♥
Natural hemp twine wrapped around the mason jar.
Blue and White twine as a feature behind the photo's.

Please pop over to The Studio Challenges blog - the design team have some amazing examples using twine.  We hope you can play along this month ☺

sweet childhood memories

Hello - just quickly popping in to share my page for the challenge at Scrap for Help - the lovely Cynthia invited me to be on the Design Team for 2013; so I was very excited to accept this ☺
Here is the challenge:

... and here is my page ...
I've been scrap booking some childhood pictures, so I've used another one for this page!
I love the banner design and thought it would be great to use with the twine!  I've used Heidi Swapp papers and also some Hambly.  Here are some close-up's:

... AC foam thickers ... Prima blossooms ... Kaisercraft wooden pennant misted with Colour Shine by Heidi Swapp ... and of course - black/white twine ...
... handmade flower using a scallop punch - my favourite kind of handmade flower and it's so easy!! ...
... more twine and some Hambly transparency ...
... another view of the banner ...
... and just a little more twine ☺ ...

So there you have my inspiration - pop over the the Scrap for Help blog to see some lovely work from the Design Team - we hope you will play along too ☺
Thanks for coming by ♥
