allsorts........

Hello there, I really didn't know what to call this post - it's a bit of 'allsorts'.  Today would normally be the day I post my creation for the Inkspirations Team....... but that will be no more for now..... I've stepped down from the Design Team.  I can't believe that it's already been a year since I first started for Makeesha's Inkspirations.  Time certainly flies by when you are having fun.... and fun I've had - I've had a wonderful time creating and providing inspiration - I will miss these challenges but for now I want to lessen my crafting commitments to focus on other things, including my very important family.
A very big thanks to Keesh for having me and letting me inspire you each week. I hope I did just that!
So it will be a little bit quiet here over the next week.  I've also ended my term with the Magnolia Down Under Challenges too - they have an amazing Design Team - all so very talented and it was wonderful working alongside these fabulous ladies. Thanks to Kellie for having me and allowing me this wonderful opportunity.  Another thing I'm going to miss very much!

So in saying all that, of course I will still be around to show you my creativity.  I hope to be able to focus more on my scrapbooking and my Etsy Store.
And speaking of scrapbooking, here's a LO I finished off the other week!

These photo's were taken by my very talented sister Aimee who has been staying with us these past ten weeks - she has been taking some stunning pictures for me - so I have lots of great pics to scrapbook - thank you so much sis!!
So this is Caden, one of the very important 'little people' in my life - they are the reason I scrapbook so they can remember and look back on their younger years.
I've kept the LO simple with not too many embellishments - the pattern paper is from Bo Bunny - Block Party - aren't those colours great! Here's a closer look:

Lots of doilies from my Etsy shop and a cute green birdie button from the Chip-Chop Shop.
..... and a cluster of doilies, vintage bookprint, carnival ticket, digital collage picture and some lettering from American Crafts!

Thanks for coming by and I'll see you back again soon.  We are off camping for the next week, somewhere out there in the wide open country-side.

Your colours are great in this page. Well done on your year. Scary how quick time passes (maybe because we are getting older...lol). Keep up the fab work.

I wish you all the best as you re-focus! I know how important that is: keeping your eyes on what matters most :)

Chantelle I am going to miss your lovely creations for both of those design teams, your work is always so beautiful and pretty, and always of a high standard.

But, I can definitely understand where you are coming from. You are a busy wife and mum of 4 as well, and I know how much your family means to you. I hope you enjoy having the breather, enjoy the new focus you are going to have and also enjoy the extra time to just stamp and create for yourself.

You have amazing talent, so I'm looking forward to seeing more of your gorgeous scrapbooking.

I hope you've had an amazing time camping with your family. Enjoy the rest of the school holidays.

Love and hugs
Lee-Anne
