Hello to you all ☺ I have one more page to share using my DT kit for August from The Scrapbook Store - I had lots of fun creating with the Cameron Collection by Elle's Studio. Here I've done another Project Life page!
This is Week 27 (yes, I'm a little way behind, but determined to keep chugging along with this, because I really want to have that full album by the end of the year ☺)
I've used some of the pattern papers from this collection and also some tabs. Here are some close-up's:
I tend to treat each pocket like a mini scrapbook page, especially if I'm using a white cardstock background like here. I've cut out some of the pattern paper 'High Five' which has a cute brick pattern with printed words and arrows. It was perfect for this photo! I've added in a raw chipboard arrow from TSS and the white hearts have been made using a white pen and the Heidi Swapp spray stencil - confetti.
My background 4x6 card is the pattern paper Evidence - I've layered a paper lace doily, a circle tag and a little photo. My embellishment is a flair badge by Greatest View - did you know that The Scrapbook Store now stocks these fabulous badges?? ☺
I've finished it off with some twine!
These two centre pockets are made with the tabs. I love them with the pre-printed words and graphics - make it very easy to add to your PL page.
I will tend to have one pocket designated to my journal work which gives a brief overview of my week. Here I've used a strip of pattern paper Big Dots along the bottom edge.
The stamps are assorted from my stash ☺
Be sure to check out this collection in store - there's still some left and you will love working with this one ☺ Thanks so much for visiting me and I appreciate all the love you leave. Enjoy your weekend ♥

Elle's Studio - Cameron Collection - The Scrapbook Store
Hello crafty people ☺ Happy Monday and hope this week treats you well. My posts have been slow and steady of late ....... not much time for extra challenges; just design team work which I'm happy to share ☺ Today I have one using Elle's Studio - the Cameron Collection from The Scrapbook Store. This IS a FABULOUS collection - so fun!!!
For this page I've gone with a 'circle' look. I was inspired by the Circle Tags from this collection; I've used three on this page. I've also used some Perfect Pearls Mist in the background with masking and modelling paste.
Here are some close-up's:
For my background, I used modelling paste and the CW Mini circle grid template. Once dried, I've sprayed over with the Perfect Pearls Mist - Blue Raspberry - I've sprayed quite heavily and the mask has acted as a resist with the mist pooling around the modelling paste. Quite a nice effect ☺ I've also used some bubble wrap to go over some of the other area's to add to the circle effect!
Here you can see some of the circle tags - they have great details and I've also added in some raw chipboard arrows from TSS. My title is done using my Silhouette and some of the pattern paper in this collection. I've layered the title over a shipping tag which has some hemp twine, flair badge and Prima blooms for added details ☺
This chipboard Hot Air Balloon is from 2 Crafty Chipboard - I've added some stamping and a flair badge. And you can see more background details of the modelling paste with the masking. I've also added in some circle effects using the lid of Mister Hueys Colour Mist in Custard - simply spray the mist onto a scrap card and dip the lid into the pool of mist, using it as a stamp on your page ☺
I've added in a paper doily behind the photo and there is also another piece of chipboard - the word love which I've just inked on the edges.
I hope you love what you've seen from this collection - this month I've done a few different styles showing that this collection is suitable for any style of scrapper!! Please check out the entire collection in store online. You won't be disappointed. There are lots of new products coming in all the time - you can keep up-to-date with that on the blog or checking out the 'new products' section at The Scrapbook Store.
Thanks for visiting and have a great day ♥

Elle's Studio - Cameron Collection - The Scrapbook Store
Hello crafty people - I've been moving along nicely with my DT kit from The Scrapbook Store - here is my third layout using the Cameron Collection by Elle's Studio!!
I just adore this picture that my sister took of my twin boys - here they are fishing on a recent holiday - one of their favourite things to do!!
I've used a lovely piece of 12x12 pattern paper - The Best as my background - which has all the lovely arrows and journal spots already printed out on the lined paper. I love it ☺
I've added in some other bits from this collection as well as a few arrows from TSS chipboard. Here are some close-ups:
Although there was plenty to look at on the background paper - I wanted to add in some texture and interest. I've hand-stitched some star buttons, added in some journal strips and also a raw chipboard arrow from TSS chipboard.
I've layered my black + white photo onto some of the assorted papers in this collection, making using of the strips along the bottom of the 12x12 papers too! The white letters are by Heidi Swapp - some I had in my stash. I've done some stamping with a new stamp set: Life Circles by Ali Edwards - suited to PL pages but I love adding stamps to any kind of page ☺
I've used a number of these circle tags on my page - here I've blended it into the graphics on the background paper - adding some stamping and another chipboard arrow.
Through-out my page, I've added in script stamping and splatters of mist.
If you love the look of this fabulous collection and would like to start creating with it - please pop over to The Scrapbook Store online - there is a wonderful selection available; as well as lots of more scrappin' goodies ☺ Thanks for coming by!! ♥

Life Paper Scrapbook - August Colour Challenge
Welcome to the August Colour Challenge for Life Paper Scrapbook!!
I love the colour palette - I'm all for orange at the moment.
Here's my take on the challenge:
I've used some pics of my teenage boy - he just turned 14 and is such a wonderful son!! So I wanted to record what he is to me ♥
I love being able to wade through my stash and find colours to match up with the challenge ☺ I've made a banner style page and used some shipping tags which happen to match in nicely with the colour challenge - here are some close-up's:
These little words are from MME. I've added in the date with an alphabet stencil.
I found this tag in my stash - all with the texture and paint - love it ♥ Some twine, a Prima bloom and some little flags all make up the banner.
The title letters are also from MME. I love all the colours in this palette and have tried to balance them out evenly.

Elle's Studio - Cameron collection - The Scrapbook Store
Hey everyone ☺ Nearly another week since my last post - my days are so full lately and we've had a few birthdays here. But now they are over, I'm hoping for a few quieter weeks ☺
I have another share using the Cameron collection from Elle's Studio for The Scrapbook Store. I've been saying that quite a few of the collections lately really cater for Project Life - this collection too!! So I decided to use it for a PL page:
This is Week 26 and most of the photo's are of my littlest man!! It's about day to day stuff around home and also at Kindy.
I've used some of the frames and also the tabs for this page.
Here are some close-up's:
This card is from the tabs pack and I've added some extra details with the stitching, misting, sequins and a flair badge.
I've framed a little photo using the Frames pack from this collection - the little title and wording already on the frame made it easy ☺ Next to this is a 3x4 card from the tab pack.
Here is another little frame that I've used - I've added some of the packaging to sit behind the photo - once again, all the details are on the frame already including some faux stitching.
This photo I've placed on to a white 4x6 card, added in some pattern paper from this collection, machine stitching, a raw TSS chipboard arrow and also I've stamped on to the photo using Life Circles by Ali Edwards.
So an easy and fun collection to use for Project Life ☺
If you love what you see from this collection - be sure to check it out at The Scrapbook Store.

Elle's Studio - Cameron collection - The Scrapbook Store
Hey crafty friends - hope your week has gone well ☺ For the month of August, I'm working with Elle's Studio - Cameron collection for The Scrapbook Store. It is a boyish collection and perfect for my photo's, but the lovely bright colours and patterns could really be used for any theme. And it's another one of those collection that can easily be used for Project Life too.
So here is my first DT page for the month:
I've used one of the fabulous peices of 12x12 pattern paper in this collection as my base page - Numbers and Letters (the reverse side) - it already has a row of coloured arrows and I love the grid style ☺
Also in my DT kit was a pack of raw chipboard arrows by TTS - so I've gone a bit arty with them and added a few to my page.
Here are some close-up's:
For the arrows, I've painted in white paint and once dry I've coloured with orange water colour crayon and used a wet paint brush to blend in the colour. I've coated a few times, til I was happy with the depth of colour. Then I've inked the edges and added some script stamping! I've also used an arrow as a stencil and outlined in orange pen!
The little journal card is called: Lil Snippet - Best Buds - I've cut a part of it to use as my journalling card with my typewriter. And as I'm loving buttons and stitching, I've added some of these too ☺
To mat my photo, I've used some of the packing from this collection and also one of the tabs - it's a 4x6 " tab which I've cut in half, so I could have the bottom and top details showing. I've added in some cotton thread for interest and you can also see more of the chipboard arrows which I've placed near the arrows on the pattern paper .
Well I hope you like what you see - this collection is worth checking out because it's a fun collection and has lots of interesting elements included - please check online at The Scrapbook Store - will be back to share some more soon. Have a happy weekend ♥

The Scrapbook Store - August Sketch
Hello and happy Monday ☺ It's a wet Winters day here, perfect for blogging and sharing my take on the August sketch for The Scrapbook Store. We have a new sketch designer - Melinda Spinks - check out this amazing sketch:
And here is my take on the sketch:
I've used up some assorted pattern papers in my stash - some Basecoat - Crate Paper - Simple Stories. I have some cool letters for my title by Heidi Swapp and have used some of the Perfect Pearls Mist in the background with the Studio Calico Starburst mask.
Here are some close-up's:
The alphabet letters are by Heidi Swapp and I've sprayed over them in Colour Shine to reveal the resist pattern - how cool !!!
Using the SC Starburst mask - I've sprayed over with the Perfect Pearls mist in Blue Rasberry - I love the subtle colour and the shine is gives to your page. I've also added in some extra details with hand-stitching and stamped arrows, as well as sequins ☺
For the star/circle element of the sketch, I've used a stamp - an older one from MME. I've added in a flair badge. And instead of the second photo - I've used a Crate Paper tag.
My typewriter journal work and a row of star buttons - love adding these to my pages lately.
We hope you will find some time this month to join in with this sketch challenge. Pop over to the gallery at The Scrapbook Store for more inspiration and to add in your creation ☺
Thanks for coming by and I hope to be back soon to share some creations using my DT kit - Cameron - Elle's Studio - can't wait ♥

Life Paper Scrapbook - August sketch
Hello dear friends. After a little holiday break I'm back with a creative share. The August sketch is up at Life Paper Scrapbook - with a new large design team - there will be two reveals on two days ☺
Here is the sketch:
And here's my take on the sketch:
I stayed true to the sketch and very much enjoyed the layered elements. Whenever there is a circle element, I tend to go with stamps, black pen or stitching, rather than using a piece of pattern paper - it never seems to work for me.
I adore these pictures that my sister took of my boys ♥ and the set of two worked perfectly for this sketch.
Here are some close-up's:
My title and some texture using the CW mini circle grid.
A cluster of embellishments including a fabulous flair
My journalling and a part of the circle element - here I've used a MME stamp from an older collection of last year. I love my stamps ☺
We hope you can play along this month - thanks so much for coming by and happy crafting ♥
