relax - Artastic challenge

Hello there, it feels like I'm getting my 'scrapping fingers' back again.  I've been inspired by recent challenges out there and have joined in with a few.
Today, I'm sharing a page I created for the Artastic challenge.

The inspiration is this painting by  Cathy McClelland called Green Lorikeets and
the requirement is to use paint.

I love the watercolour effect the painting has so I've gone with that look and used watercolour paints in my background.
Here are some close-up's:

The die-cuts and wood veneers are all from our local Reject store - I love the product range they are coming out with!

Thanks for coming by - hope to share some more soon ♥

Looks FABULOUS...both your LO, Chantelle, & that seaside locale you're relaxing in!!! The blue watercolour bg is perfect for our ARTastic challenge.... lovely to have you playing along AND I have to agree with you 100% about the Reject Shop....AND they're affordable! It's a win-win I reckon. I picked up some AWESOME flair there the other day!!!
