At first glance, this really looks like quite a masculine collection, but today I've managed to put a more feminine page together.
Here it is:
The photo is a little 'selfie' of my youngest and I, taken a year ago ☺ I've used pattern papers from the collection - the main one being 12x12 double-sided Marvelous. It has lovely stripes and patterns and definitely has a feminine appeal about it. I've done some machine stitching, using flowers, die-cuts and sequins. Here are some close-up's:
When a paper collection does not have many embellishments, I tend to make my own - best of all they co-ordinate, as I use the paper from the collection. Here I've made some large rolled roses using the Die-namics MFT Die. I've also added in some blossoms and sequins for sparkle.
The word-cut-out 'you & me' is from the 12x12 double sided paper Foundations - I've cut it out and inked the edges. There is also a Kaisercraft bloom and a little charm - Vintage Bike - which tells a bit of a story because the photo was taken at the park which we ride too!! My journaling is printed from the computer - I've cut the words separately, inked the edges and then used foam tape to pop them up!
Another embellishment that I've made - these are the die-cut balloons from Memory Box - I've inked the edges and added in a sequin - the paper doily gives the page another nice feminine touch ☺And here is a super cute little wood veneer house by Prima - such sweet little details ♥
So that is another page and totally different from my previous one ☺ Hope you like ☺ If you love these products - you can check them out online at The Scrapbook Store - lots of great goodies in this shop and heaps more always coming in ☺ Thanks for coming by.
